NewEgg is scheduled to have these back in stock on the 15th. Tomarlowe if you are serious about getting one and if I were you I would be... It's $100 that your going to save and I promise you won't see another deal like this for a long time if at all. And you can use it in your current setup like you were wanting to do.
Jan 15th keep your eyes on it. I've got NewEgg scheduled to Auto-Notify me... you may want to do the same.

Yeah I had gotten the email notification but didn't bother looking to see if it was still there. I've read enough bad things about the X-FI (and good things too) that don't justify me replacing my Audigy 2 yet. Besides, I need to save my money for the Receiver and Speakers.

Got an email saying it was back in stock again but 15 minutes later it was out once more. If anyone wants this deal I would suggest they sign up for the email notification and be on your toes about it. Email to your phone is the best way to get notified.
