I'm looking to get the wife her own notebook, but I've been out of the hardware scene for years.

The number of models have ballooned tremendously since the mid 2000s...

I am thinking that AMD would introduce the next line of moble cpu soonish also the fusion line (where gpu and cpu are mashed together).

I can't find the links that fast which has the mobile phenom II units what you might want todo is check some of the links I posted in the news section some I only post AMD laptops there anyway :) .
